When You Can Request a Return
You can contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The package is missing items
Evidence Requirement
To process a return or replacement, please share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable)
- Returns may be refused if the product shows signs of use, damage after delivery, or missing parts/packaging
Refund Method (COD Orders)
For COD orders, refunds (if approved) may be provided via:
- Bank transfer, or
- Store credit (depending on the case and product category)
Delivery Charges
- If the issue is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item), we will cover the return/replacement delivery.
- If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), delivery charges may not be refundable, and return shipping may be paid by the customer (where allowed).
Non-Deliveries / Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal at delivery, the order may be returned, and re-delivery may require an additional fee.
