Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, peak seasons, or remote locations.

Address and Contact Details

You must provide a complete address and a reachable phone number. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or cancellation.

Order Confirmation

For COD orders, we may confirm your order via call or WhatsApp before dispatch. If we cannot confirm, the order may be held or cancelled.

Delivery Attempts

Couriers may attempt delivery more than once, depending on their policy. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or unreachable contact, the order may be returned.

Re-Delivery Charges

If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or refusal, re-delivery may require an additional fee.

Refusal of COD Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason (damage/incorrect item), future COD orders may be restricted.
